I'm excited to announce I will be joining the GreatWorks Theatre Company family for the 2019-2020 season of TYA shows touring through IL, WI & MN schools! I will be playing Asher in The Giver, K1 in The BFG, and understudying Giraffe/Peter in Number the Stars. 

Tonight I had the pleasure of remounting Our Lives in Letters, a WWII Perspective at my alma-mater for a one-night only performance. This play sheds light on real soldiers' letters to their loved ones while they're across the sea in the European & Pacific campaigns.

I spent close to ten months working on my thesis role, which was playing Adam/Samantha Turner in Anna Ziegler's Boy. It tells a similar story to the real-life case of David Reimer, who in the 1960s was mutilated from a routine circumcision. Not knowing much at the time, his parents were convinced by a doctor to raise him as a female, insisting he could have a fuller life if he never knew who he was meant to be. The play goes back in forth in time: we see Samantha struggling to accept the identity forced upon her unknowingly and we see Adam, a 23 year old trying to reclaim his original gender. I learned so much from this process and I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to share this heart-wrenching story.
